What this website collects
When you use one of our forms (demo request, project enquiry or team interest), we receive the details you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number and message.
The website does not use advertising or analytics tracking. It sets one session cookie and one security cookie that are needed for the forms to work safely.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to arrange the work you ask for. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
Form submissions are sent to ZCAD by email or to a secure business system. They are not stored in a database on this website.
Map
Our contact page links to Google Maps and OpenStreetMap for directions. Nothing is loaded from those services unless you follow a link, and their own privacy policies then apply.
Our WhatsApp buttons are plain links. Nothing is shared with WhatsApp unless you choose to tap one. If you do, WhatsApp (operated by Meta) opens and handles your messages under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@zcad.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
